The "A.stral O.verseers Group 3" watches over the I.W.G. Teams on planet Earth.   Group 3 is comprised of several Alien Species who are part of a greater group of Extraterrestrial races which have evolved and have membership in a society where all the organisms in their "Cooperative Of Planets" live together and in peace and relative harmony.  These Extraterrestrial allies use their advanced technology and powers to tip the balance on developing worlds to provoke their definition of equilibrium.  With the multitudes of various species in the Milky Way Galaxy, their way is obviously not the "only way" and is often met with much resistance from their wasteful and belligerent enemies.  The "Co-OP" trains special individuals who become the Astral Overseers and in turn often use aggressive measures to achieve what they feel is a better way of existence.  While at their monthly meetings all the Alien Member Races in the Co-OP display a great consensus to one another, they at times covertly form smaller inter-alliances and apply their own agendas when operating in the field as "A.O.'s".   Group 3 of the A.stral O.verseers are a very inventive organization and pride themselves on their ability to create almost all of their tools and clothes with recycled materials.  For example, their space suits are made from recycled snack food wrappers and their ray guns are edible in case of emergencies.  It is Group 3's penchant for eating tasty snacks which finds them occasionally bending their own "avoid direct confrontation with humans" rule, to fight along side with the I.W.G. Teams to collaterally "liberate" the treats they desire from appropriate theaters of operation.  Despite their minor if perhaps negligible weakness, Group 3 is one of the most respected and successful of all the Extraterrestrials who work as  A s t r a l    O v e r s e e r s . . . .
