• Committed to regaining their habit in Africa, Hannibal works in tightly knit teams to track and hunt the human poachers who have slaughtered his kind in the diminishing lush mountain ranges he calls his home.

  • Mountain Gorillas have been killed for "bush meat", and senseless items such as ash trays.  Also in competition with local human settlers for valuable land, a normally gentle and already intelligent species, mountain gorillas have been pushed to the brink of extinction.  With recent chaos and unchecked warfare in the region of Africa where these mountain gorillas inhabit, the killing of creatures both human and animal has reached massive and tragic levels.  The future of this primate is in dire straights.

• Hannibal is extremely protective of all the I.W.G. members and often disregards his own safety to come to the aid of his friends.  His tremendous strength and excellent dexterity makes him dead-on with tossing grenades and allows him to build sturdy forts and hideouts on any I.W.G. mission.  Hannibal is the pitcher on the I.W.G. softball team and thrives on fruit smoothies and salads with lots of ranch dressing.
