Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it ships, however, a $15.00 cancellation charge may be assessed if the order has been packed and prepared for shipping. Most items ship within one to two business days, with many items shipping the same business day if ordered by 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time.
Cancellation is not possible after your order has shipped. Please follow the return policy below if your order has already been shipped.
Exchange and Return Policies
NO Returns on any climbing products, rigger's belts, or rappelling items. This is for consumer safety and the LAW in many states, including California.
Our customers have 30 days from the point after they have received their order to initiate a return or exchange.
Customers wishing to do a return or exchange must first fill out this form and meet all requirements.

Certain returns may assess a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.
Return for refunds on first quality products will be less our shipping fee.
Any returns which are sent back without following the procedures and properly completed form will be refused.
Any returns of items worn and used will be refused.
Any Rocket World or TAD Gear, Inc. branded apparel returned for warranty work:
ALL Rocket World and TAD Gear, Inc. branded apparel are warrantied for 6 months from point of purchase from any manufacturing defect.
MUST be properly cleaned prior to return shipping for safe employee handling, as mandated by California State Law.
Within 6 months from point pf purchase.
Warranty valid only for the original purchaser with proof of sale.
Additional repair or service charges may apply if damage to item is determined beyond the intended design parameters of performance, function and warranty coverage.

ALL Rocket World and TAD Gear, Inc. branded nylon products have a limited life time warranty for any manufacturing defect.
