Standard Shipping and Processing
In most instances we offer FREE UPS Ground shipping in the CONUS for orders over $149.00.
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead. Most items are shipped from our warehouses within 2 business days after processing your order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by phone or email.
Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories typically require additional freight charges due to their distance from the CONUS. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the CONUS.
Our default carrier is UPS. We feel UPS offers reliable service, with fair rates, and offer strong customer support tools to track and ensure the overwhelming majority of packages across the globe.
We insure all out bound UPS packages for the full retail or purchase price of the contents. Any loss or damages to the contents of the package or the entire package itself while in the possession of UPS, is covered by UPS for the full value.
In some instances Rocket World will use USPS at our discretion, particularly with APO destinations and certain international locations.
Shipping via USPS to locations outside of the USA must be authorized in advance by Rocket World and the customer.
Rocket World is in no way responsible for lost or damaged packages shipped via USPS once it leaves our domain. Customers who choose USPS do so at their own risk.
Sales Tax
Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to the following states and US territories: CA.
